BOTS version 1.1.1 has been released

A new version of Barcelona OpenMP Test Suite (BOTS version 1.1.1) has been released today. It mainly includes some minor bug fixes and other small changes. The release also uses, in some of the kernels, the new OpenMP 3.1 (to appear in June of 2011) final and mergeable clauses.

The new version of Barcelona OpenMP Test Suite (BOTS version 1.1) has been released today. It includes many bug fixes, new feature enhancements and a new benchmark kernel: the Unbalanced Tree Search (UTS).

BSC-PRACE code porting and optimization workshop: OpenMP 3.0

Today it's been the first day of BSC-PRACE code porting and optimization workshop which was devoted to OpenMP 3.0. Alex has been the speaker of this tutorial that has lasted for 6 hours!

There have been three handson sessions where the attendees have been able to experiment with OpenMP.
